Supply-Lingo is an enterprise-facing education infrastructure, tutor routing, curriculum distribution, and API integration platform operated by Nimbus Technology Labs LLC.
The public website is intended for institutional buyers, technical evaluators, compliance reviewers, payment gateway reviewers, and authorized partner representatives. It is not a consumer tutoring checkout page and does not create direct student enrollment rights.
Use of Public Materials
Visitors may review product information, developer examples, legal summaries, and commercial framework descriptions for evaluation purposes only.
No website copy, screenshot, source code example, price model, or route description creates a binding production order, credential grant, institutional partner appointment, or service-level commitment unless confirmed in a separately executed agreement.

Partner Responsibility
Partners remain responsible for their own end-user disclosures, sales representations, tax treatment, student support, local regulatory obligations, and downstream marketing claims.
Sale of local learning packages, localized enterprise messaging app distribution, consumer billing, and student onboarding flows must comply with the partner jurisdiction and executed partner agreement.
Intellectual Property
Website design, page copy, diagrams, code examples, product names, curriculum descriptions, pricing structures, token framework logic, and workflow architecture are owned by Nimbus Technology Labs LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Partners may not clone, resell, mirror, frame, or commercially exploit public documentation or curriculum materials outside an approved white-label or integration agreement.
Commercial Framework Disclaimer
Public pricing and token examples are conceptual framework metrics for calculation clarity and contract drafting. Definitive pricing, service levels, refund conditions, implementation obligations, and support scopes are governed by executed agreements.
Currency labels, token examples, deposit values, and infrastructure fee examples may be revised for compliance review, regional rollout, payment processor requirements, or negotiated partner terms.
Service Availability
Public descriptions of continuous provisioning, WebRTC routing, and multi-region tutor availability describe intended platform architecture, not an unconditional public uptime warranty.
Operational performance, maintenance windows, redundancy behavior, and response obligations are defined in partner-specific technical appendices or service schedules, inclusive of enterprise-grade media streaming architecture with standard operational uptime baselines, subject to regional edge network provider constraints.

The website is provided for evaluation and institutional review. Nimbus Technology Labs LLC does not guarantee that public page content will remain unchanged, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a specific jurisdiction without contract review.
