Information We Process
Supply-Lingo may process institutional contact data, developer support inquiries, partner company metadata, billing references, implementation notes, student identifier mappings, token allocation records, technical logs, device diagnostics, and classroom routing metadata.
Public website visitors may generate ordinary web logs, security logs, analytics events, browser metadata, contact form metadata, and email communication records when interacting with the site or support mailbox.
Purpose of Processing
Data is used to evaluate partner eligibility, provide documentation access, support API integration, allocate tokens, maintain real-time classrooms, secure infrastructure, detect abuse, reconcile billing, respond to support inquiries, and satisfy legal or financial record obligations.
Operational data may also be used to improve routing reliability, diagnose media quality, manage packet-loss behavior, maintain Socket.IO isolation, and protect the tutor supply chain from unauthorized use.
Student Identifier Mapping
Some frameworks map credits to phone numbers, custom student IDs, partner-provided database UUIDs, or other approved identifiers. These identifiers support entitlement checks, token reconciliation, classroom access, support audits, and fraud review.
Partners are responsible for collecting, transmitting, disclosing, and managing end-user information in compliance with applicable law and their own privacy notices.
Partner-Controlled Data
Partners may control localized frontends, localized enterprise messaging app registration flows, local student support channels, consumer payment interfaces, and downstream marketing materials. Nimbus Technology Labs LLC does not control every downstream field or claim configured by a partner.
Partners must not transmit sensitive personal data beyond the approved integration scope unless an executed agreement and lawful basis allow it.
Authentication and Security Logs
API access may generate records of signatures, timestamps, bearer token validation, vendor authentication attempts, Socket.IO handshake events, IP addresses, runtime headers, account identifiers, and request outcomes.
These logs are used to maintain security, investigate abuse, debug integrations, satisfy audit duties, and enforce contractual access boundaries.
Data Sharing
Data may be shared with cloud infrastructure providers, media routing vendors, security service providers, billing processors, professional advisors, support vendors, and authorized partner contacts as needed to operate the platform.
Nimbus Technology Labs LLC does not sell public website visitor personal data as a standalone consumer advertising product.
International Operations
Supply-Lingo supports cross-border classroom infrastructure, execution of which strictly adheres to cross-border data transfer mechanisms and statutory white-list exemptions under standard non-proliferation global privacy frameworks. Data may be processed in regions where partners, support personnel, cloud vendors, edge services, or classroom infrastructure operate.
Cross-border processing may be subject to contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, credential separation, logging, and service isolation.
Retention
Records may be retained for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, support billing reconciliation, resolve disputes, maintain security logs, enforce agreements, or preserve operational history.
Retention periods may differ for public website logs, support emails, billing records, token ledgers, API logs, and classroom routing metadata.
Security Controls
Nimbus Technology Labs LLC applies access controls, credential separation, placeholder-only public examples, operational logging, service isolation, and review workflows to reduce unauthorized access to partner data.
No public theme file is intended to store live API keys, vendor secrets, bearer tokens, or production classroom credentials.
